Rear bumper Concept – Nissan Patrol Y61 (1997-2010)

The main structure of the bumper is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 4 mm, and the winch plate and frame supports are made of sheet metal with a thickness of 5 mm. The product is first cut with a laser, then bent on a CNC press, and the correct shape is obtained by manual finishing. The next stage is anti-corrosion protection, which consists in applying a primer with zinc powder and a powder coating that gives the bumper a final look.
This bumper has mounting holes for shackle handles, two holes for a high lift jack and holes for mounting the canister and spare wheel.
The bumper definitely improves the comfort of off-road driving, enables comfortable use of the winch, increases safety and gives the car a real character with its appearance.
