Front bumper for TOYOTA LAND CRUISER J120 02-09.
The main structure of the bumper is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 4 mm, and the frame supports are made of sheet metal with a thickness of 5 mm. The product is first cut with a laser, then bent on a CNC press, and the correct shape is obtained by manual finishing. The next stage is anti-corrosion protection, which consists of applying a primer of zinc powder and a powder coating, which gives the bumper its final look.
This bumper has mounting holes for the hardware brackets, two holes for the hi-lift and two holes for the fog lights. The solid steel construction allows full use of the bumper in the field.
The bumper definitely improves the comfort of off-road driving, improves safety and gives the car a real character with its appearance.
